Customize Branding
Make your AI assistant match your brand
Customize your integration's appearance to match your brand identity. All branding settings are configured at the integration level, allowing you to create a seamless experience that matches your website's design.
1. Navigate to Integration Settings
Go to your Integrations page and click on the integration you want to customize. Open the "Settings" tab.
2. Configure Widget Branding
In the Widget Settings section, you can customize:
- Primary Color: Set your main brand color (hex color code) used for buttons and highlights
- Text Color: The color of text in the chat interface
- Background Color: The background color of the chat window
- Logo: Upload your organization logo to display in the chat header
- Integration Name: Customize the name shown in the widget
- Powered By Text: Customize or hide the "Powered by KnowFlow" text
3. Organization Branding
You can also set organization-wide branding in your organization settings (Settings → General). This includes your organization name, description, and icon, which can be used across all your integrations for consistency.
4. System Prompt Customization
Beyond visual branding, you can customize your AI's personality and behavior through system prompts. Define your AI's role, tone, and response guidelines to match your brand voice. For example, you can make it more professional, friendly, or technical based on your brand identity.
Tips for Effective Branding
- Use your brand's primary color as the widget's primary color for consistency
- Keep text colors high-contrast for readability
- Upload a high-quality logo that looks good at small sizes
- Test your branding on both light and dark backgrounds if your site supports both
- Match your widget's tone and messaging to your brand voice
- Ensure the widget placement and appearance feel natural on your website
