Connect your AI integration to Slack workspaces for team support and automated assistance.
Setup Process
- Configure Bot
In the Slack tab of your integration:
- Set bot display name and description
- Upload a custom avatar
- Configure command settings
- Connect to Slack
- Click Connect to Slack
- Log in to Slack (if not already)
- Select the workspace to add the bot to
- Approve the permissions requested
- Set Channel Permissions
Configure which channels the bot can access and respond in.
- Test Bot
In your Slack workspace, mention the bot or use slash commands to test functionality.
